By authorizing this registration form, the client agrees that Sergeantsville Limited will not mitigate losses for less than 50% of the total contract value.

Cancellations must be received in writing two weeks prior to the event. Only written cancellations will be recognized. Cash alternatives will not be offered, but delegate substitutions are allowed.

If cancellations occur later than two weeks prior, the full fee is payable. If the event is amended, Sergeantsville Limited is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. If cancelled, the booking may be transferred or credited.

INDEMNITY:

Sergeantsville Limited is not liable for changes caused by factors beyond control, including extreme weather, terrorism, or industrial action. The client agrees to indemnify the company against related costs and damages.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments are required immediately after invoice issuance or at least 7 days before the workshop. Fees include lunch, refreshments, and materials. Accommodation and travel are not included.
