Cancellations
By authorizing this registration form, the client agrees that
the organizer will not be able to mitigate its losses for any
less than 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations must
be received in writing two weeks prior to the event; only
written cancellations will be recognized. Cash alternatives
will not be offered, although delegate substitutions are
welcome at any time. Cancellations made later than two weeks
prior to the event are liable for the full fee. If the
organizer amends the summit for any reason, it is not
responsible for covering travel, accommodation, or other
costs incurred by registrants. Should the organizer cancel
the event, it reserves the right to transfer the booking to
another event within the following six months, or to provide
a credit voucher of equivalent value valid for twelve months.
Indemnity
Should the venue or presenter change, or the event be
cancelled for reasons outside the organizer's control
(including acts of terrorism, extreme weather, or industrial
action), the organizer will endeavor to reschedule. The client
indemnifies and holds the organizer harmless from any cost,
damages, and expenses, including legal fees, incurred as a
result. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic
of Kenya, under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon invoice, or seven days prior
to the summit's commencement date. Fees include lunch,
non-alcoholic refreshments, and summit documentation. Fees do
not include accommodation or travel; delegates should arrange
these well in advance and may contact the organizer for
assistance.
