Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks before the event. Cancellations received after this period will attract the full registration fee.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time before the conference at no additional cost.
Sergeantsville Limited shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the event.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made within ten (10) days from the date of invoice issuance or before the conference date, whichever comes first.
